Dispute Resolution

Part of project nature is the fact of differences and disputes between parties into agreement.

Parties need to put their differences in an acceptable form for its discussion and settlement, try, whenever possible, to settle early in the process and avoid reaching arbitration and litigation due to deterioration in parties relationship, long time of settlement, the cost associated with legal procedures and unpredictable outcome.

In this section, I collaborate with the following aspects:

• Preparation of claims.
• Claims ground and entitlement revision and evaluation.
• Determine the fair impact of entitling claims.
• Preparation of claims pleading.
• Negotiation and pleading of claims.
• Support and preparation of a claim for arbitration and litigation.
